COBY KYROS ALL VERSION how to root without pc

found this for COBY Kyros MID7038-4 users like me rooted na yung akin, ngayon ngayon lang. basta iinstall muna yung latest ng SuperSU at yung root explorer apk na kasama dito sa iddownload sa 2shared. dapat din iinstall yung driver ng 7038 using ADB.

hindi marereset un, iroroot lang talaga niya yung mid7038 natin. basta install mo muna yung busybox.apk root explorer.apk at su.apk

wipe data and cache
install zip ffrom sd card..
hanapin nyo yung dinownload nyo..zip file and install..

hintayin nyo lng ma complete..

BOOMMM.. rooted na coby mo..


HOW TO SWAP EXTSD TO INTERNAL SD

madami ng tatanong kung pno ma transfer ang games and app. sa extsd..kac yung internal hindi kaya..xD..
para maging internal ang external

ito

para ma transfer.. edit nyo lang platform.xml and vold.fstab

do this first para ma writable yung mga file system..
file manger-settings-root settings-check root explorer and mount file system

first nyo iedit ang platform.xml click edit with note editor
/system/etc/

be careful po ha?
ito lng iidet nyo..WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

it may look like this..
<permission name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" >
<group gid="sdcard_rw" />
<group gid="media_rw" />
</permission>

yan lang..save..

next vold.fstab click and edit with note editor
system/etc/

makita nyo po nauna ang sdcard?

sdcard/mnt/sdcard and the second one ext_sd/mnt/ext_sd

swap it..

ext_sd/mnt/ext_sd and the second one sdcard/mnt/sdcard

save..

reboot the device..

taraaan!!!! you can install more app. and games.. swap na.. you can check..settings-storage..

Ndi ako makapunta sa recovery mode , pero nakapunta na ko kasu ung uulitin ko ayaw na ,, nu ggwn ko ,, ndi ko mainstall ung zip file kc mid 7001 to wlng update sa settings

sir, Coby KYROS MID7038-4 user ka rin ba like me? pa-upload naman ng vold.fstab mo pls? bootloop ang akin e, dahil sa maling pageedit, wala pa ko nagawang back-up at wala pa cwm. stuck sa stock recovery, nkakapag adb ako pero di makapag-adb shell. pupush ko lang yung vold.fstab mo.

Bwahaha! Naroot ko na si 7038! Using VRoot. After almost 8mos. Un lang pla makakaroot. Hinayupak XD

Mga Bossing, Pahelp naman. Coby MID8048 ang tablet na meron ako medyo hindi trip ng anak ko mga games na nadadownload sa GETJAR eh. question po if marooted ko ba using this procedure eh magiging PLAY STORE na po ba siya?
