Rooting Coby Kyros 1042 tablet

If you are trying to root, just download coby_root3.zip to your computer and un zip to your computer then plug in usb and to your tablet and click on root.bat

na-root ko n coby ko pero im so disappointed, after i rooted my coby ininstall ko na ung link2sd to transfer my games/apps to my external SD Card. .pero bakit ganun natatransfer lng xa dun sa SD Card na ang capacity is 1.16GB not in my 8GB SD Card. .and ask ko lng san b galing ung 1.16GB SD card n un?

pasok din yan sa 1042 basta coby kyros. .anjan din ung DL link. DL mo lng un from 4shared pero mag register k muna para ma DL mo. .follow the steps showned in the video. .

tips: bago mo gawin ung nasa video
after mo install unlockroot23-eng.exe sa pc mo
"start - all programs - unlockroot23 [folder] - click install driver"
after nyan gawin mo n ung sa vid sa youtube. . goodluck

bro nung nainstall mo ung google play, umandar naman ng maayos? sinundan ko lang kasi yung sa youtube, nainstall ko naman, kaso nung nung magdodownload na, ayaw, nung binasa ko ung list ng supported na devices ng google play, walang coby dun, 1042 gamit ko, paadvice kung paano..

bro nung nainstall mo ung google play, umandar naman ng maayos? sinundan ko lang kasi yung sa youtube, nainstall ko naman, kaso nung nung magdodownload na, ayaw, nung binasa ko ung list ng supported na devices ng google play, walang coby dun, 1042 gamit ko, paadvice kung paano..

about sa google play d ko pa alam pano yan, basta ang importante lng kasi sakin maroot ko ung coby ko para ma transfer ko mga apps/games ko sa extSD. .ang isang main prob ko ngyon, napartition ko n ung 8gb sd card ko 1st 5gb fat32 primary: 2nd 3gb fat32 primary, natatransfer ko na ung ,ga apps/games ko sa 2nd partition. .pero ung 1st partition hinde makita ng apps manager ko d ako makapag lagay ng mga music/video or even photos. . pls help. .

sir super thanks po sa tulong mo. na root ko na po coby kyros 1042 pero di ko po na sunod yung nasa youtube. to po ginawa ko:

1.downolaod ko po yung coby_root3.zip ni sir armiels then unzip ko sa computer.

2.download ko po yung adb via pdanet driver refer to this site => http://www.topnotchtablets.com/installADBdriver
then install to your computer.

3.in settings of your android tablet go to developer then check debug mode.

4.open folder coby root3 kung saan mo inunzip yung coby_root3.zip ni sir armiels click root.bat.

then root successs.

download nyo din root checker and root explorer just google it.

good day sir. bago lng po talaga ako sa android.hehe. di kita masasagot ng maayos. actually 1 month user pa lang ako. pero ang na kikita ko sa storage ko sa settings may dalawang internal storage ko may 1.97 total space and yung isa 4.33 total space. eto po bah yung ibig nyong sabihin na partition sir? tpos sa settings then apps on sd card may naka check na apps. then again sir sorry po talag.haha sensya na po

@sir mallaman mo kung naka EXT2 ang extension try nyo po gumamint ng minitool pra malamn nyo..... d ko kais alam ang command sa terminia emulator eh........

sir dba 1st partition muna ung sd card,
on my 8gb sd card
1st partition [primary / fat32 / 5gb]
2nd partition [primary / fat32 / remaining space]
yan po ung ginawa ko,
ung 1st is for storage of photos,music,movie etc.
2nd is for the apps/games. [tama?]

-my prob is ung 1st partition hinde makita ng gamit kong manager [ astro manager ] hinde ko matransfer mga photos,music,movie ko. .kahit maglagay ako sa 1st partition through my laptop pag lagay ko sa coby ko hinde padin makita ung 1st partition. .pero ung 2nd partition ko nababasa ng link2sd and i can move all my apps/games dun. .

Sir, is there any way na mapagana q ang plug-it sa coby 8042-4?huawei e1552 po ung sa akin, i've heard na nagagamit daw po dun ung plug-it but i've been searching here and there and come up empty handed po eh, hope matulungan nyo po ako,thanks po and Godbless.
