1. Pentium 4, 1.7GHz 512MB RAM, Windows XP SP2
2. Primary Master Drive Fails
3. Biglaan eh, nagamet ko pa last 2 days tas ngayon ayaw na..
4. Sa una nadedetect ng BIOS, after sometime na magboboot na, ayun lumalabas na yung "Primary Master Drive Fails".. Nung nag boot naman ako ng Hiren's CD at binuksan yung Partition Manager, nadedetect naman nya..

PLEASE HELP

sa hdd po problem nyo try mo iunplug yung ide cable at start mo ulet. Pag ayaw paren try nyo po sa ibang pc ang hdd mo. Pag ayaw paren bumili na po kayo ng bagong hdd.

..sir,,,initially ng.sstart-up p po ung pc q..ngppost misn abot pa s win startup, tapos un random restart n po then black-out na...khit running pa ung cpu (w/ all fans & lights on).

..ntry ko n dn po test w/o hdrive or optcal,,,sa bios stting lng aq tapos bigla n lng mg.black-out uli(good nmn po ung ram q).

Sir, is this a sign of a bad MOBO or CPU? HEEELLLLP!!!

wag po basta-basta hahawakan ang mga parts sa loob ng cpu or system unit kase dun po nasisira.
Kung ayaw mag post. Go to bios and tignan ang mga detected na parts if ok lahat.

Help naman nereformat ko kai ung pc ko then ung dating files nya sa document user natira 40gb ang laman then dating os ko sp3 ung nireformat ko sp2 ginasmit ko pero ung document user ko na dati na naretain ayaw mabuksan access denied dko rin madelete anu ba gagawin ko ..

sir anu kaya nangyari sa laptop ko, nung inistart ko sya namatay habang ngstart kasi nawalan ng power tapos nung start ko uli may lumalabas na sorry for the inconvenience blah blah, if your previous start up is interupted blah blah pili daw ako kung pano magstart kung safe mode, normally saka may choice pa eh ndi q maalala pero kahit ano piliin ko hanggang windows loading lang sya tapos mag blue screen tapos restart ule tapos balik n nman sa umpsa

Sir try nyo lang po i repormat nyo ulit using sp3, kc from sp bumaba po kayo sp2 parang office din yan from 2007 bumaba kayo ng 2003. try nyo lang po baka makatulong ako sa problema ng cp nyo...

restart po napindot nyo. Try mo yung shortcut key ng shutdown press:windows/U/U
or go to windows and select shutdown. If ayam paren tangalin nalang po yun batery or saksakan nya.

select nyo lang po start windows normaly. Pag ayaw press alt ctrl delete. Pag ayaw paren format nalang po yan. Yung nalang po paraan

kung naka network po lahat ang installan nyo lang po ng os server ay ang server lang. Pag os po nang lahat isa isa lang po yun

kasi po hindi naka update yung driver ng webcam mo. Update mo muna sya sa net.
At itry mo po ulet skype. Kase ok sa ym dahil kahit di updated ok lang. Automatic na kase yan eh.

kapag ddr2 ba ang ram dapat ddr2 din ang vcard?, or pwede na ddr3 ang vcard?

ok un sir kahit nakaddr3 ung VC mo.. hindi naman sya maapektohan!

sir not all software pwedeng pabilisin ang net..minsan up ang ang mlkas kumain ng RAM/SWAP FILE
things to consider po:

specs nun rig..
OS that you are running
background services ng running upon booting up
(kasi sir kumakain din ng RAM yan at SWAP file.)

and always remember sir...
knowing un NET INFRASTUCTURE NATIN SA PINAS dpo STABLE.

kung halimaw na rig mo or tamng mamaw lang sir
try to tweak up the browser instead.meron thread dito sa SB
na internet trick every SB should know...read on further..

kung battery sir sira na batt bka mbilis ma low batt..advise nio un CX(customer) nio na alisin na lng batt at gamtin un AC supply..
but kung ok pa un BATT
una:go to bios chk sa tab regarding battery usage..
2-3 options un PERFOMANCE,BATTERY LIFE,un isa limot ko na..
pangalawa po:control panel at power management paki adjust po dun..

regarding sa HDD..IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE MODEL OF THE LAPPY
sa BIOS sir balikan nio..MAY TAB PO DUN REGARDING HDD,may SELF CHK DUN..kung meron much better un ang gamitin nio..

try to reinstall again(BUT B SURE TO USE THE AC SUPPLY)let the OS determine kung may topak na hdd nia..(OK SANA KUNG UBUNTU OS NIA OTOMATIK KADA BOOT UP IREREMIND SIA NA MAY SIRA NA..hehehe)
ito lang sa akin sir hanggat nadedetect un HDD at naiinstallan ko ng OS GO GO GO ako..dmi SOFTWARE sa web to repair BAD SECTORS and MOVE THE BAD SECTORS TO THE END OF THE DRIVE..un nga lang KUNG DMI BAD SECTORS siempre mark nia ng BAD AT LILIIT UN CAPS nun HDD..
the good thing is nagagamit nia WITH NO EXTRA COST..un lang IBABAYAD SAU PAG NAAUS MO...hehehe

edit:un last tech na gumawa pag naaus mo palo mo un lappy sa kanya..nag coconclude agad sia kamo...joke joke joke..
seriously sir,it a good thing for you as a tech to ask a second opinion,prang doctor bago katayin un pasyente..

balik kau bios pki set po first init device PCI
den make sure you have the updated drivers for that vcard..NORMAL PO MAG HUNG ang rig kung dpo properly installed un MOBO driver that will support the peripheral device.den pki update po un driver nun vcard andun po sa site na binigay nio...

pag nag hang po ba during boot up nun XP?
or nsa environment na kau ng XP during boot up??
pki set po sa bios,and adjust aperture settings
please set it to mid ang settings yan from 32,64,128,256
pki set po muna sa 128(mid range)
and make sure the first init device will be the vcard na ikakabit mo..all of this can be set to the BIOS.

pag mismong XP na sir update the driver...

"Ang alam ko lang sa VC is yung mga slots nya like AGP , PCI , PCI -E...."-TAMA NAMAN SIR...


edit:check your MOBO driver sir kung updated po...

Sir I did all your suggestion at talagang naghahang although gumagana sa palagay ko sa MEMORY TYPE na nga talaga ang problema..

Ito yung sample ng BUILD-in Graphics ko which is MEMORY type 2

Ito naman ang nabili ko...
GeForce FX 5500 ay MEMORY Type 1

MEMORY TYPE problem nga ito....
