Run their system scanner

to see how many ram slots you have, The current ram slots installed and the maximum capacity that each slots can take, before buying a ram

do mind you your laptop may only be carrying DDR2 or PC2 RAMS.
If you are buying RAMS make sure to get the exact same manufacturer, model and speed in pairs for best performance

paano po iset yung time ng laptop ko kc kapag isinet kona sa tamang oras ay pagkalipas ng 30 to 45 min. ay magbabago at mahuhuli na yung oras.HP po yung brand ng laptop ko.

sir question lang po,may extra ko laptop medyo matagal na di nagamit ibm thinkpad X31. wala sya cd rom kaya di ko ma format. ngaun tinanggla ko lang ung hard disk tapos nilagay ko sa enclosure saka try ko sana installan ng OS kaso di ko magawa. patulong nman ser kung ano pwede ko gawin sayang po kase ung laptop. tintry ko gawa ng OS sa usb kaso di nman madetect. ngaun nung binalik ko ung HD pag on ko may power pero wala display. nag bluescreen na kase sya. patulong mga boss

Hi sir,

your best option is to borrow/buy an external CD/DVD DRIVE...

INSTALLING using another unit will install the drivers for that unit your using. thats why your getting a BLUE screen error.

Unless they are the exact model (both IBM THINKPAD x31) one HDD will not work for another.

so once again when installing windows on a different unit, it will automatically install windows + drivers adapting to the unit your using, even if your using an ext. HDD casing

try looking at iso to usb softwares, and mount your windows installer to a USB bootable drive instead

try to forcefully shut it down go to command prompt or run and type in shutdown -s -t 1

tell me if that works

nung una ok lang naman po siya gamitin pero nang pinalitan ko nang bagonh power supply ayon nag rerestart na po siya tapos ayaw nang mag power on nang system unit ko,actually napopower naman siya pero sandali lang mga 1 second lang siguro!!!nagpalit na po ako nang cpu,ram,power supply ganun pa rin....help po please!!!

Hi just to clarify before I help,

Did this only occcur when you change the power supply?

when you mean 1 sec, does your LCD or monitor shows no display only or does not power on at all (light stays to amber)?

Ohh i see. thanks for enlightening me. by the way I have and external dvd rom HP, kaso wala 5 pin power adapter. baka meron ka extra bilhin ko na lang or baka meron ka alam na pwede bilhan, dame ko na kase napagtanungan wala ko mabili e. thanks ulit sir.

malamang..maliban lang kung iniwan mo ito sa labas ng bahay nyo,kahit naka'off mo pang iwan..

OK. kasi po after ko iwan na naka-on yung pc ko, babagal sya(which leads to BSOD). tapos irerestart ko masyadong mabagal, nagloloko, so I decided to reseat my ram, OK na sya(mas bumilis compared to the last boot).

So napansin ko lang every time na iniiwan tong PC ko, ganun na lang nangyayari.

na try mo na ba flash drive ang ikabit mo? kapag na read ang flash drive at ang modem hindi, kulang sa kuryente ibig sabihin. make sure na sa usb port na located at the back of the case mo ikabit ang extension. hope this helps
