SUGGESTION:

It is the worst things could happen to your hard drive.
As soon as possible, make a full backup of your important files.
If the noise come to worst and keep you PC shutting down...
Wala na po tayo magagawa dyan kundi palitan. Kaya habang maaga at kaya. BACKUP kana po sir.

mga kasymbian, san ba ako pwedeng magdownload ng latest firmware/software ng dvd-rom ko? di kasi sya madetect ng pc ko, kung mdetect man ayaw naman gumana. nagreread sya kahit walang cd/dvd. sinubukan ko na sa ibang pc ganun din. sabi nila firmware daw. ito ang model LITE ON DVD-RW LIGHTSCRIBE SATA(DH-AS220)(CDT-LIT-1636). sana matulungan nyo ako. maraming salamat..

SUGGESTIONS:

Do first a troubleshoot...

Check first for viruses...
Check your drivers...(up to date)
Caution:
If you have knowledge, do a hardware cleaning.
- dust stuff :yipee:
- memory
- graphic card
- cables connected properly (reconnect)

Then, make a feedback if still happens, make sure you have all that done properly.

Umiingay? May nagawa na ako niyan. yun power cable lng pala ng psu to hdd ang problem, kulang yun current. Pa try na lang palitan muna yun cable :salute:

na try mo na magupdate sa device manager?
 
natry ko na. win 7 ang gamit ko. updated naman daw kaso ganun pa din. nagbiblink yung ilaw nya kahit walang laman, di sya namamatay. may napagtanungan akong IT ang sabi iba pa rin daw pagmagdodownload ka kaysa magupdate sa device manager.

help po bakit yung lappy ng classmate ko na lenovo naka windows 8 64bit 2GB Ram ininstallan ko ng adobe photoshop cs6,adobe illustrator cs6, microsoft office 2007, eset smart security 6,winrar 64 bit at ccleaner....pag katapos kung ma install lahat yan ni run ko yung ccleaner para malinis after nun ok naman pero nung nag tagal nag restart sya ganito ang nakalagay "YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM THIS HAS CAUSED YOUR PC TO RESTART ISSUE" diba bluescreen of death yan ng win 8? Bakit nag ganyan hindi ba pwede yung mga apps na nilagay ko sa win 8?

There are many reason of PC unexpected shutdown.
- outdated PC drivers.

Dapat muna gawin:

Alamin o Obserbahan mo po muna ang computer kung kailan at anong kondisyon sa panahon na mag unexpected shutdown ang computer. At doon, pwedi mag bigay o makakuha ng impormasyon o ideya kung ano ang dahilan ng unexpected shutdown ng computer.

okay thanks po, ung second nga po ang nangyari. Usually after 1 hour or 2 hours nag shutdown ang cpu. Then san po kaya ang problem nun?

may topak talaga 64 bit .. i recovery mu yung laptop .. tapos kung mag install ka , isa isa tapos restart kada install para sure !

ganun po ba normal lang po ba talaga yan sa win 8 64 bit? Pano po ba recovery sa win 8? Di ko pa kasi na try recovery...wala bang mawawalang files kapag nag recovery? Di kasi ko nag save ng restore point....bago lang kasi yung lenovo ng classmate ko naka win 8 64 bit na agad nung pag ka bili nya wala pang kalaman laman kaya nag pa install sya ng mga apps na kaylangan nya.....
 
Ano po ba mabisang panlinis ng interior ng LAPTOP, medyo maselan kasi kapag babaklasin siya maraming procedures at dapat bihasa ka sa pagkalas. I'm a computer technician pero iba kasi ang pagdisassemble ng PC from LAPTOP.

May naresearch ako All purpose Air Duster/ Compressed Air in Can sa CDR-king kaso kung ibubuga mo naman yun hindi kaya magbuild up pa lalo yung dust sa loob?
 
Mga sir yung laptop kong toshiba black screen lang siya after logo.
Napapagana ko pa naman ung steup niya na f2 at f12. pero after that logo na toshiba then nagiging black screen nalang siya. lalabas ung blinking cursor niya then yun magiging black screen na siya as in parang nag-hang. Sana mga sir may makatulong sakin. Thanks in advance

Gaya po ng una kong sinabi...obserbahan nyo po kung ano at pano ang sitwasyon bago nag shutdown PC mo.
Then, dun po tayo mag ba-base para solusyunan problem mo sir.
Dun lang din naman po sa una ko posy, tayo mamimili ng dahilan kung bakit nag-shutdown PC mo.

Naku, medyo mahirap yan sir...
Recently lang, may inayos ako Dell nga lang. Ganyan din po ang case.
Kaso acer kayo, wala pa po ako nahahanap na master password for acer eh.
Subukan nyo po muna mag clear sa CMOS, by removig the CMOS battery for 10sec- 1min. Baka sakaling ma-clear password.


Sir, nakakadirestyo pa po ba kayo hanggang desktop?
