DC Cinematic Universe

The first official Justice League blu-ray trailer from WB Home Entertainment confirms that the film will be available for purchase and rent on digital OnDemand on February 03. Physical blu-ray and DVD copies will be sold at traditional retailers beginning March 13. The trailer also confirms that the release will include "Bonus Scenes Not Seen In Theaters."

pero kung pagbabasehan sa audiene impact. tlgang talo si DC kasi sumusunod sila sa storya ng comics hndi sa gusto ng taong bayan.

ang marvel kasi tinatahak nila na marami ang manood kesa naman ma-please ang mga fans ng marvel comics.

Kaya mo lang naiisip yan dahil sa smear campaign na ginawa ng disney sa dceu na naka brainwash ng mga casuals. Halos on par ang performance sa box office first 5 films ng dalawang franchise at nakakuha pa ng awards ang dc.

DC COMICS’ NO JUSTICE HERALDS BIG CHANGES FOR THE JUSTICE LEAGUE
The Justice League line-up of books have been pretty stable for the past several years over at DC Comics, with the core title focusing on the “Big 7” heroes, occasionally trading out Green Lanterns here and there. But now the team is going to be getting their biggest roster shake up in a very long time, and it’s coming courtesy of Scott Snyder, the man whose Batman run with artist Greg Capullo is one of the most legendary in the Dark Knight’s entire career.

Now we’ve learned that the fallout from the currently running Dark Nights Metal mini-series from Synder and Capullo will see the formation of a new League. Metal, which saw Batman and the other DC heroes take on the residents of the Dark Multiverse, will end on March 14 with issue #6. This will be followed by a new four-issue weekly miniseries that kicks off on May 9 called Justice League: No Justice, which will be co-written by Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV, and Joshua Williamson with art by Francis Manapul.

SHAZAM! Start Of Production Formally Announced; Official Synopsis & Full Cast List Revealed

Production is underway on New Line Cinema’s “Shazam!” David F. Sandberg (“Annabelle: Creation”) directs the origin story, which stars Zachary Levi (TV’s “Chuck”) as the titular DC Super Hero, along with Asher Angel (TV’s “Andi Mack”) as Billy Batson, and Mark Strong (the “Kingsman” movies) in the role of Super-Villain Dr. Thaddeus Sivana. Peter Safran (upcoming “Aquaman,” “The Conjuring” and “Annabelle” films) serves as the film’s producer.

We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s (Angel) case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard.Still a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he’ll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (Strong).

“Shazam!” also stars Jack Dylan Grazer (“IT”) as Billy’s best friend and ultimate superhero enthusiast, Freddy, part of the foster family that includes Mary, played by Grace Fulton (“Annabelle: Creation”); Darla, played by Faithe Herman (TV’s “This is Us”); Eugene, played by Ian Chen (TV’s “Fresh Off the Boat”); and Pedro, played by Jovan Armand (TV’s “Hawaii Five-O”). Cooper Andrews (TV’s “The Walking Dead”) and Marta Milans (TV’s “Killer Women”) play foster parents Victor and Rosa Vasquez, with Ron Cephas Jones (“This is Us”) as the Wizard.

Christopher Godsick, Jeffrey Chernov, Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia are serving as executive producers.

Sandberg’s creative team includes his “Annabelle: Creation” director of photography Maxime Alexandre, production designer Jennifer Spence, editor Michel Allerand costume designer Leah Butler.

Set primarily in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, principal photography for the film is taking place in Toronto.

Firmly set in the DC universe but with his own distinctly fun, family-centric tone, the character first appeared in Whiz Comics in 1940 and was created by Bill Parker and C.C. Beck.

A New Line Cinema production, “Shazam!” is set for release on April 5, 2019. It will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

1000th issue lang ng action comics hinihintay ko. Interesting din development ng doomsday clock. Ewan ko lang kung hinde kumakamot ulo ni alan moore. Lolz! :rofl:

According to Variety, Joaquin Phoenix?is in talks to play the Joker in the?Martin Scorsese-produced origin movie currently in development at?Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment. The studio has apparently already met with?Phoenix for the role and he’s agreed to it.

The studio is looking to tap into?Scorsese classics such as?Taxi Driver?and?Raging Bull, with?the film set in a?gritty and grounded?1980s?Gotham City.?Todd Phillips is?attached to direct the standalone piece, which is?said to be separate from the DC Extended Universe in an effort to create new and unique storylines to expand?the canon.

This is why I hate frank miller. The only reason Clark "lost" in his fan fiction is because he held back.

The surprising thing is that there's still dumbf*cks who voted for batwank. Kingdom come superman had feats that can even challenge the post crisis version and speed to match wally west. He didn't even had the kryptonite weakness. Smh.
