Hi Guys
Asking for help regarding this.
Nagpupurchase ako ng concert ticket sa online merchant sa Thailand gamit BDO debit card pero hindi successful yung payment. Inemail ko yung customer support nung online merchant bakit hindi ako makapurchase and reply nila ito "This card hasn't been verified for online payment or hasn't been enrolled for 3DS Version 2.0" Gumamit ako ng Maya Virtual Card at Physical Card pero same lang yung problem
Ano po kaya pwede gawin dito
Nag ask na rin ako sa CS ng BDO and MAYA pero wala pa sila reply
