ECT Coverage and Reviewer Help!

Good day mga kasymb!

Ask lang sana ako reviewer for ECT, eneexpect ko kasi madali dahil inaral ko din ang ECE. PERO baka iba kasi ang type of question mahirap maging kampante dahil PRC examimnation pdn to.

Any tips po sa questions? Topics?.. Para may idea lang ako

Sa math?
Sa elecs?
sa comms?
Sa laws ba lahat ng related? or RA 9292 lang?

and yung type ng exam madali lang ba yung caliber or level? as in pure basics?

Salamat! I saw the questions ganun lang ba talaga ang caliber ng ECT?.. Ang nasa isip ko kasi more on situational troubleshooting.

Registered/License ECE ka na ba? or are you already passed the ECE board? if yes, guts mo na yan, kasi mostly basics lang sa ECT compare to ECE. but you should not to forget the basics of every topics covered in ECT. Malaki chance mo to pass the board of ECT..

Di pa po! Pero yung review ko nafocus talaga sa ECE, kaya nung tinignan ko ung ECT nadalian ako sa mga questions sa site. Actually sabay ko silang itatake this incoming board exam for ECE and ECT. I want to have both licenses ng ECT at ECE, may nabasa pa nga din ako eh "1st class radio operator" di ko alam na may ganun itatatlo ko na sana itatake. Kayo po ba may experience na kayo sa board exam? Pashare naman! haha medyo kinakabahan ako kapag sinasabing malapit na.

Yung 1st class operator alam ko sa NTC yun di ba? Pero kung licensed ECE ka na, why bother with that one also? Kaya kung ako sayo, gugulin mo sa ECE board exam ang oras mo. Yun lang sapat na para sa lahat.

Yung gusto ko kasing landas from mababa to higher. Yung sa 1st class radio operator since same topic magandang sinabay nadin. Ang 700 pesos eh wala naman na yan kapag nasa work kana, iba padin ang maraming license. Yung mother ko, architect and civil engr dalawa license nya, sa father ko naman registered master electrician, mech engr, at electrical engr tas may CAAP license din sya. I just admire them ang dami nilang license. Its just my opinion, and i respect yours.

Salamat sa advice nagawa ko naman na ang dapat gawin si Lord na ang bahala.

Ang pinagkaiba, Engineer na may alam na tayo, sila may alam lang. Sinasabi ko lang na ECE as main your main license kasi redundant ang ECE at ECT. Pati narin ang radio operator. Pag ECE ka, under mo na lahat yan. Pwede kang magtrabaho sa elecs, comms and broadcasting company na ECE license lang ang ipakita mo. I admire your parents having different licenses pero hindi kasi redundant yung licenses nilas sa isa't-isa. Having a license is something but it is not always everything. Maiintidihan mo rin ako a few months time. Di kita dinidiscourage, binibigyan lang kita ng idea how things work.

Tsaka nga pala, pwede ka naman talaga magsimula sa mababa kahit engineer ka. I work in a company with a lot of technicians, but we have a good work environment. Kasi we have RESPECT. They respect my 5+ years of study & review for my license and I respect them because of their knowledge through years of experience. I always say to them, 'nandito po ako para matuto din'. Kumbaga wala yan sa rank. Di ka naman nila aanuhin ng mga techs kung humble ka lang. Nasa pakikipagkapwa tao yan.

Ang master electrician at REE related din. Nakatulong naman sa tatay ko both license, mas angat sya sa mga kasabayan nya that time dahil 2 license sya. I know naman na halos same at redundant ung dalawa, pero kung 700 pesos lang naman ang idagdag mo sa exam and nacover mo naman bakit di mo pa kagatin diba since inaral mo naman yung coverage of both exam? Ang irerenew mo lang naman eh yung ECE, basta alam mo pasado ka.

In case mag fail ako, for ECE may ECT pako. Ayokong walang mangyare sa 6months review ko. isang ding inisip ko kung bakit ako nagapply for ECT, para while waiting ako for another 6months kahit papano nagkalicense ako at valid ID din un.

Yes sir, pwede naman. Pero para may proof ka syempre papakita mo din sa mga tao mo na once naging technician kadin by showing ECT license, mas hindi naman hustle un na ipakita kumpara sa resume mo kasi nasa wallet lang, tsaka astig din tignan dalawang license tas nakalagay sa wallet :P haha. SANA LANG PUMASA!!

Gawin mo ang sa tingin mo ay tama. Do it for yourself, in the first place ikaw naman ang magbe-benefits nyan lahat. Okay din na bata ka pa you collect licenses kasi kapag nasa work environment ka na, mahirap na magspend ng time and effort for study and review kasi nga focus ka na sa work mo. hangad ko tagumpay mo brod sa hinaharap. just pray and believe in our creator that he will provide everything what you'd asked for. That's normal to have that urge.

That's the same advice that my parents told me, habang bata pa mag exam ng mag exam, pero hindi porket tumanda na ay huli ang lahat, may tito nga ako 40+ sinabay ang work at review, pumasa naman. haha. Salamat talaga bro!.
