palitan mo po sir ang gear don sa likod ng motor mo tangalin mo ung 2 tornilyo makikita mo may gear na puti un kasama un hilahan 1 set na bilhin mo para sure kasama ung black na takip ng gear.

sure po sire ung no. 1 winding po ninyo na sunog or nag open na palit motor nlng po sulution dyan or pa rewind.

ask ko lang yung electric fan namin, dati po malakas po ung hangin nya, ngayon po parang medyo mahina khit naka number 3 nakumapara dati, may ilang taon nadin po kasi yun, sa capasitor lang po ba yung problem or sa mismong motor?

pwede ganon sir palit ka po ng capcitor pag gnon pdin tingnan mo po bka tuyo nrin langisan mo or grasa ung between shafting and bushing sa likod at harap po.

Boss may circuit / diagram ka nyan na kung saan Nandun connection sa fuse? Para magjumper na Lang me sa Labas pra no need na baklasin sa motor.

khit saan ka pde maglagay pde basta alin don sa 2 wire mula sa AC line..

pa advise po..napalitan ko na nang capacitor pero di pa rin umikot yung fan..meron naman ako narining na ugong..aandar ang fan pag inikot ko muna saka ikot yung fan..

magpalit ka din po sana nang bushing sa unahan saka sa hulihan, kung gasgas na ang shaft palitan mo na din po.

pwede boss. pero stick to 2uf na lang kasi malakas na yang 2uf..

edit post: next project natin rewinding fan motor na naman.. try natin search .. may nakita din nga ako sa youtube.. pagktapos niyang mag replace nang fuse sa motor, nag lagay din sya another fuse sa may switch banda, sa line nang plug... to prevent blow off fuse duon sa motor.. so it means duon sa fuse sa may switch na nilagay niya ang mag blowoff.. duon ka na lang mag papalit nang fuse pag nag blow off, hindi na hassel para magtagal pa sa motor para mag change nang fuse duon..

1.Kapag ang electricfan ninyo ay naka number 3 na e medyo hindi parin kayo kuntento sa lakas nito palitan ninyo ung capacitor niya.halimbawa ung number ng capacitor niya 1.5uf/400v.AC gawin ninyo na 2uf/400v. AC

2.Kung gusto nman ninyo makatipid sa kuryente ang bawat cord ng unit ninyo ay balutin ninyo ng 3in1 na kape kahit tig 3 supot lang siya.

nagpaayus kami ng electric fan namin last sunday..ang sabi overheat nasunog yung fuse.pinalitan nya ng bago nilinis na rin nya yung shaft nilagyan ng oil.so far umandar naman that day.kinaumagahan ginamit uli namin hindi ko alam kung hangan anong oras nila ginamit.paguwi namin ng bahay mga 10pm sabi umusok daw yung electric fan.yun sayang yung paayus 1day lang ang tinagal hindi panaman matagpuan yung tecqnician kasi sila yung mga nagiiiko ikot sa lugar namin.ano kaya posible problem ng fan namin.gusto ko sanang matuto.please help.thanks you

ang mahirap lang sa simpleng repair ng elec fan ay ang pagpalit/pagtanggal ng bushing hehe, hindi kasi ako makahanap sa raon ng tools talaga na pangtanggal non.
