Emachine Acer D725 Automatic Restart (Cannot Format)

Nagbabakasakali ako baka meron ng naka encounter ng ganito.
Emachine Acer D725.
Automatic restart after windows logo.
Automatic restart during windows format, Tried installing (Linux Lubuntu,Windows 7 lite,7,10) this is occuring at exactly the same time na ifformat sya via USB.
Tried using DVD drive to format, same scenario.
Before format na aaccess yung safe mode.
Nafformat sya if ilipat sa PC yung SSD (SSD no problem).
Tried palitan to mechanical HDD (same scenario)
Tried RAM checking via linux (No error found).
Tried cleaning of motherboard, heatsink, and RAM, replaced with thermal paste and thermal pads.
Removed peripherals, DVD drive/Ethernet card/Battery/Mouse pad/Keyboard.
Tried using windows to go flash drive. (Portable Windows via USB)
If papalitan sa bios ng IDE hindi mag boot yung drive, dapat naka AHCI.
I think walang problem sa motherboard kase nakakapagboot ako nung simula via safe mode. problem lang is na format ko sya ngayon wala syang OS.
Also na try ko din gawing windows to go yung SSD, inilagay ko sa enclosure then dun ko finormat. nung ibinalik ko na dun sa laptop, same pa din nag rerestart after windows logo.
Tried na din yung disable automatic shutdown on system failure. nag rerestart pa din.
I think wala ding overheating issue kase I tried iwanan na nasa bios lang then tanghali ko sya iniwan at tinakpan yung yung fan ng papel, hindi sya namatay after 2 hours nasa bios lang sya.
Na try ko na yata lahat.
Salamat, baka may iba pa kayong idea.

IDE na naka HDD Auto restart after windows logo.
AHCI na naka HDD Auto restart after windows logo.
AHCI na naka SSD Auto restart after windows logo.
IDE na naka SSD Windows recovery ang nalabas dito, since walang OS na naka install sa kanya dahil na reformat ko sya sa ibang PC. (minsan BSOD inaccessible boot device and minsan Your PC couldn't start properly error code 0x0000001 press enter to try again and F8 for start up settings)

Mukhang NET/Tokin nga, hinahanap ko pa ngayon sa google schematic diagram para ma check yung current.

Try mo i-update bios bro. baka sakaling tumino.

Hindi ko ma update yung bios kase need ng atleast 30% na charge ng battery, sira na yung battery nya kaya hindi ko ma update. baka kase masayang pera ko kung bibilhan ko ng battery hindi din naman maayos.

Update ko lang mga boss, working na sya. pinalitan ko lang yung NEC/TOKIN capacitor. Maraming salamat kay "taurexn"
