Tinry na naman tanggal sa enclosure tapos ikinabit namin sa PC kaya lng ganun pa rin. Patulong naman. Andito lahat ng pics and videos ng anak namin mula nung baby pa xa tapos wala na kaming ibang kopya.

I suggest you don't tinker with it. it usually has a 1 year warranty. best to return it and report the problem. you can ask them to retrieve the files for you if its damaged. baka yung power controller lang nya sira. make use also of online storages for back up like onedrive .

Boss ganyan din nangyari sa external hardisk ko na Toshiba 1T, nanood din ako ng movies tapos same as you, nagpatulong ako sa IT namin sa office, ang ginawa para ma retrive yung mga files ko, nag download ako ng scavenger 3.2 then dun niya makikita lahat yung mga files mo kahit pati yung mga na delete na before then copy ko sa other external ko, yun ang gawin mo boss, 100% effective yun, kaso after nun hindi pa rin na ayos yung Toshiba ko, kahit i format ayaw pa din, pero mahalaga nakuha ko yung mga files ko dun, ipagawa ko na lang daw sa service center yung deffective na External ko pero hindi ko na ginawa bka kasi maulit din, so Beware sa user ng Toshiba hindi siya maganda, mag WD na lang kayo or ACER. ok sana nakatulong ako..

Kakaiba naba ang tunog ng HDD mo boss? Kung may defect sa mga pyesa mag iiba ang tunog ng HDD mo. Sa sinabi mo boss na 1 week pa yan, e refer mo agad sa binilhan mo. May warranty pa yan boss. Kaso lang ipapadala pa yan sa manufacturer, maximum of 40 working days bago mabalik.

if i were you sir, gawin mo muna ung sbe nung isa, try to find a scavavenger here pra ma retrive mo pa mga files mo, if nothing happens ska mo ipaayos sa manufaturer nyan. . by the way i'm a WD user , maganda nga sya, wla pa kong problem na na eencounter, ung software nga lng nya na kelangan ng license key. .. anyways goodluck nlng
