External Hard Drive Repair Help

Meron po akong External Hard drive na seagate 500gb. lagi kasi nag bblue screen ung computer ko pag plug in ko na ung external sa computer/laptop. nung chineck ko ung pin ng enclosure nya nataggal sa pag kakahinang baka un ung reason na laging na ON/OFF or di xa ma detect. possible na corrupt ung drivers nya. is there anyway ba na ma repair ko xa? isasaksak ko pa lng blue screen na agad.

try mo po muna mag safe mode tas ikabit nyo external tas check nyo po yung health ng external using hardisk sentinel if mababa na po health baka yan po ang problem

Nag try na din po ako using safemode. pero di na po ako umaabot dun nag blue screen na sya agad.

gamit ka po bootable usb tas dun mo po sya i format pwede din nyo po sya iback up mga files ng external bago format

may short circuit ang logic board ng hd enclosure mo kaya nagki-kick in ang bsod ng mga pc to avoid further damage sa motherboard (short circuit protection)... bili ka na lang ng new enclosure at ilipat mo doon ang laman ng seagate ext hd. try mo yun orico enclosure yun usb 3.0


kung iopen mo yun event viewer sa computer management (control panel) ay makikita mo sa windows log yun power kernel error/unexpected shutdown

Gumamit na po ako ng ibang enclosure still BSOD pa din xa. with regards nmn sa bootable. anong bootable software pde ko gamitin. hirens po ba pde? or ung sinasabing hardware sentinel. xenxa na newbie ako pagdating sa ganto. so any suggestion and tips po gagawin ko gang mag success.

Negative po sa safemode, negative din po sa hirens. basta pag ka saksak ko ung external taz pag nag book na ung hard drive. blue screen na agad xa.

Hello po, pa help sana, ayaw mag detect ng External ko.
Binuksan ko tapos iba ang setup nya kasi yung port is naka built in sa board. di sya gaya ng ibang external na pag binoksan mo may board reader sia na nag convert to SATA.
