files automatically move to recycle bin upon clicking

can anyone help me how to fix this problem,.the files automatically move to recycle bin upon clicking,i had already tried using the sfc/scannow ,disk management update unistall the mouse driver that i saw on youtube,.but nothing happened the problem can't solve..my OS is windows 11 home..my laptop is lenovo ideapad slim 3,.thank you po..

- Have you tried doing a full scan on your system just to check if it's safe from any viruses...?

- First time ba siyang nangyari?

- Before mangyari 'tong issue, ano-ano ba yung mga usual activities na ginagawa mo sa laptop mo? Aside from those, meron ka bang ibang nagawa na hindi mo usually ginagawa dati nung wala pang issue laptop mo, ex. may nainstall na software, binisitang site na kakaiba, etc.?

yes po na full scan ko..first time po nangyari after po na update,.na on po kasi ang windows update ko,.after po noon nag taka nalang ako pag may e click ako na file na momove napo sa recycle bin.
 
Ayun lang... Minsan kasi may mga times na yung Windows updates, mas nakakasira/nakakapagbigay pa ng problema sa OS kesa makatulong :lol:

Tapos since ganyan yung problema mo, persistent pa rin kahit wala namang problema sa mouse drivers, hula ko lang baka natamaan registry mo, o pwedeng iba siguro basta nasa OS side... Regardless, mukhang reformat ang kelangan mo sa ganyan. Di mo ba siya pwedeng i-system restore kung sakali? I-restore mo sana dun sa point na hindi pa siya nauupdate.

Reformat bro, hindi reset. O kaya kung meron kang System Restore point, pwede mo sigurong i-restore yung specific point na hindi pa nauupdate Windows 11 mo.
