Plano ko sana mag switch platform from intel to amd, eto current system ko

Intel core i5 7500
Asus strix b250f
Asus strix gtx 1050ti
16gb avxir core 2400 ram
600w strider essentials psu
250gb wb blue ssd
1tb wd blue hdd

May bibili ng motherboard and processor ko sa presyo na hindi na ako luge at mag aadd ako ng konti para sa amd ryzen. Palagay nyo mga boss wise ba or stupid ung ggawin ko?

And kung mag switch ako ano maganda kunin?

Based sa you tube vid na napanood ko around 10% slower lang sya sa x version
Same features ng x but on lower clock base clock speed(sa pag kakaintindi ko)
Mas mura sya sa 1600x
Pwede din mag overclock up to 4.0ghz some said they reached 4.1 pro d naman ako gaano interesado sa oc mode

Sa mobo naman ang plano ko gamitin ay yung asus strix b350f same feature ng b250f pro amd platform and makakapag oc mode sa ryzen.

Kung sakali na mag palit ako ng platform i need to add atleast 3kphp or around 300ringgit(malaysian money)

By the way gagamitin ko pala yung rig for casual gaming and pag practice sa vid rendering.

seems like a waste of money if youre gonna lose some just to switch. youll also need a faster ram than 2400. you could get the cheaper r5 1600 if youre gonna overclock anyway. the x version just have higher boost for those who dont like to overclock.

Thanks for the input sir. Actually nabili ko lang kasi yun pc sa murang halaga,as a set. Bale nabago pala ang sitwasyon now,may prospect buyer ako ng cpu and ill earn about 6-7k sa price ng pag kakabili ko tapos maiiwan sakin ang mga peripherals(monitor mech keyboar gaming mouse) so win2 pa din kahit mag add ako konti. So bale kung sakali eh mag start ako from scratch(about sa ram if ever mabenta buong cpu ill go for a 3200mhz ram.) Pro if di mabenta ng buo cpu balak ko na mag stick na lang sa current build then upgrade to a gtx1070 na lang.

meanwhile, search which best mobo and rams for your build. try to find newer reviews or articles since ryzen mbs have been getting a lot of bios update. last i checked, asrock mb and flare x rams were good ones. rams are expensive now and you need at least 16gb and a 3200mhz. lol thats pretty heavy on the budget.

1600x kinda waste, go for the R5 1600 better OC capabilities & value for money. a 3200mhz ram as mr. nubbest said and a 1440p freesync monitor and your good to go.

So ayun,nag basa2 ako ng mga reviews at nanood ng youtube about sa pagpili ng ryzen processor,at sa r5 1600 ako nauwe. About sa motherboard naman asus strix b350f ang kinuha ko.kaso wala ako mabasa na review about dito,pro dahil sa galing ako sa strix b250f at ok naman performance sakin strix na din kinuha ko,

Bale na order ko na yung mobo at proc within 3days siguro mareceive ko na mga items,about sa ibang components naman may bumili ng asus strix b250f ko at ng i5 7500, tapos binigyan ko ng luma kong ddr4 2400 4gbx2 na ram,yung napagbentahan ko nag add ako ng around 1500php pambli ng new mobo at cpu den lahat ng naiwan na components yun na din gagamitin ko sa ngayon.palagay ko pag nakahnap ako ng ram ko na 2400 papakitan ko ng 3200 na ram,at pag may budget at biyer yung gtx1050ti ko palitan ko na din ng 1070, update ko na lang tong thread pagdating ng mga items upload pix na din para maganda tapos pagkabuo try ko i benchmark and review ng compatibility ng mga components
