Wala naman problema diyan. As long as well maintained ang server mo. Dapat consider mo lagi yung temperature lalo na if sobrang magiging loaded ung FTP mo. 
Pero as far as I know hindi naman ganon kabigat ung pag ssetup ng FTP at d rin ganon kalakas sa workload.
