Mga kaSB, meron po kayong mapapayo na mabisang gamot para sa plema?

Di po maalis alis kahit uminom ako ng solmux or lagundi e. Clear pa naman po ang kulay nya, di pa mayellow or green kaya mejo madikit. Hirap tuloy magsalita kase minsan nabara.

Inom maraming tubig, at kung uubo ka subukan mo talagang ilabas yung phlegm eventually mawawala rin yun, mas maganda kung sabayan mo nang gamot para mas mabilis ang pag expell..pwede rin pure kalamansi juice..

hi. take plomocyl 600 mg. may dalawang flavor yan orange tska sprite. ihahalo mo lang sa tubig..:)d ko sure f tama spelling ko ng plomocyl ask mo s mercury
