Pag hindi agad nag reset yung speed mo sir sa dati after 24hrs, try mo reset lang modem. pag lagi naman ganyan, itawag mo na rin.

We already called Globe and they already conducted an on-site. Pero, syempre puro positive ang sasabihin ng Globe regarding sa connection nila.

Kaya nga ako nag post dito para mag ask if someone here who resides in our area or near our area that can give feedback on my queries.

I hope malinaw na sa iyo. LOL

AFAIK, hindi agad sila nagdi-disconnect ng line. Hindi ko lang talaga sure sa Globe, kasi lumalagpas rin ako sa Due Date ng almost 1 month pero hindi naman naputol. Sana tulad din sila ng ibang DSL provider na 2nd Bill Notice for Disconnection. or minsan din pag hindi mo parin nabayaran ang 2 months bill mo, tska nila puputulin.

Mas matindi pa ata pag wireless internet subscriber ka e, after a week lang ng unpaid due date mo putol na agad e.

you really shouldn't expect good and specific answers here, since most of the users are subscribers (not part of Globe Telecom or Innove Communications)... best thing you could do is ask around the neighborhood if it is stable and fast, and to check for availability, the Hotline or the Talk2Globe is the only reliable source for that, not Symbianize...

I already did this some of the points you've mentioned. Like, I went to Globe SM North to discuss the matter and also emailed them. Talked to their onsite installers who confirmed the availability of Globe in our area. But just like what I've said in my previous post, they (Globe) will tell you (us) positive things (dahil gusto nila kumita).

We're renting so we really don't know many people around. We are new in the neighborhood (building). We've asked a couple of them but they are using Bayan DSL. I am not sure why walang Globe users sa building na ni-rerent namin. Kaya idecided to ask in this forum (which I also read in other forums na it helps to ask in a place like this).

With due respect, I beg to disagree that Symbianizer cannot be a reliable source (who knows, someone here might be working at Globe, who may also be a Globe subscriber). Anyways, thanks for your inputs Sir. I really appreciate it.

And I rest my case because a fellow Symbianizer has already given his valuable inputs regarding my inquiry on Globe's reliability and stability in our area. That's all I need to know (if Globe is reliable and stable in our area).
