Guys need ko advice para sa system ko.. gumawa kasi ako ng alumni tracer tapus natapus defend ko kahapun pumasa ako kaso ung system kong hindi eh.. pag hindi ako naka pasa ng system before march 13 di ako makaka graduate.. dapat daw kasi my special sa system ko . ano ba dapat gawin ko na design sa system ko para ma trace ko ung mga alumni.. pahingi nman idea.. ung matatapus ku lang ng 4 days.. sana matulongan niyo ako. atsaka mag rerevised pa ako sa docu.. :(

uo ung special ng system ko ngayun ay yung refistration at nakaka search ng batch year course at departments kong sinu ung nag register sa website .. so ano next step gawin ko para effective ung Tracer.. ABC Alumni tracer : a web content management system ung title ko..

nakikita din ba sa front end ung profile ng mga nag register?? May naisip ako, Try mo maglagay ng Event Management sa Back End, na kunwari may ALUMNI HOMECOMING BATCH 19XX, try mo inotifs sa Profile nila na nka connect sa Phones and Emails nila, Send SMS lang to alert them na "MAY ALUMNI HOMECOMING ". Tapos pagandahin mo nlng ung backend and frontend.. Mas maganda kung pede namin makita yung ginawa mong site if naka host na sya..

web based ba alumni tracer mo? kung oo gumawa ka ng landing page kung wala pa, tapos maglagay ka dun ng featured alumni.
ano yung featured alumni? yun yung bibilin ng alumni mong spot for advertisement ng maybe business nila, or they just want to say hello at sumikat among other alumni.
profit for school yun so malamang papasa yun. Yan lng naisip kong pinakasimple.
Syempre maganda gawan mo ng content management yung process ng pagbuy nila sa featured spot.. tanong ka lng if ok yung idea.

EDIT: Malamang web base php nga e haha sorry for dumb question di ko nabasa agad.
