mas nakakatakot kung may technology din ang haarp na mag create ng tornadeos, smaller area compared to hurricanes, pero mas malakas ang hangin nito..

electromagnetic weapon if propagated in atmosphere will be limited by the curvature of the globe. This is because waves travels in straight line. They need to built sites at different location to monopolize the globe.
