Hello ask ko lang kung gagana ang ipega 9023 sa myphone 96 dtv

Gusto ko sanang bumili ng ipega 9023 kaso di ko sure kung gagana. Nag aatubili kasi ako dahil medyo mahal sila at hindi otg ready yung 96dtv. Kung may alam kayong pwedeng gamiting controller para sa ppsspp please paki sabi naman gusto kasing laruin yung monster hunter freedom unite. Kahit ibang model ng ipega sana at budget friendly.
P.S.: di rooted ang smartphone ko TY.
 
Bakit di nyo nalang po iroot yung my96dtv nyo tapos bili kayong ps3/ps4 controller then connect nyo via bluetooth. Working and tested kona sa ps4 controller ko. Search mo nalang tutorial ko.
