Help: After 6gb download, speed peaked to 50kbps

Help po after ko kasi mag download ng more than 6gb yung internet speed ko bumaba ng 50kpbs. Nung nag dodowload po kasi ako before bumagal yung internet speed ko na rereach ko 800kpbs upto 1mpbs using IDM. Around 10pm to 1am mabilis after nun hanggang 50kbps nalang ako. Ano po ibig sabihin nun blocked na ba ako? May paraan po ba para bumalik yung dating speed ko? Gamit ko unlisurf 85
 
pano ba pag red tide? wala nang signal?
