mga ts...i need some help po

regarding my laptop

its lenovo g470, nagpalit po aq ng hd bago po seagate ko mismo binili and my waranty pa

i encountered such problem n pag ngoopen ako ng word,excel or ppt

ng blue2 screen po laptop q at dumping errors b un

but naeencounter q lng nman un pg ung mga un lng binubuksan q

s ibang apps like autocad,nk14,nfs or any other apps la poblema

i need youre suggestions

TS BAKA Mismo sa EXCEL lng yon.. Gamit ka nalng ng POrtbale na EXCEL,,,....
 
Uninstall mo yang microsoft office apps tas install mo ulit
Pag ayaw DOWNLOAD ka nalang iba.
 
Ang common kasi na cause ng BSOD is hardware problem, pero try mo i-reinstall yung MS OFFICE mo or gumamit ka ng portable
