anong brand model ng laptop? posibleng driver or compatibility lalo na yun mga old generation laptop na mababa ang version ng bluetooth tapos i-pair mo sa bluetooth 5.0 ... otherwise na kung yun model ay walang bluetooth device ay pwede ka naman bumili ng usb dongle
