The file must have been corrupted by an unknown program. Wala ka na bang ibang copy nung file? Not sure if data recovery programs can restore your file to its previous form. Better consult data recovery specialists before doing anything with the file.

Try also playing the file using a different media player, like VLC or PotPlayer. Baka naman kulang lang ng CODEC yung default media player na ginamit mo when you played the mp3 file.
