paano po procedure niya?
maybe umiinit CPU nian..e.fan mu..ccleaner para sa temporary files o di kaya, tuneuputilities ni AVG..

press Windows logo + R...type mo prefetch..delete mo lahat...again, Winlogo+R type %temp% delete mo rin lahat..
install ka ng CCleaner at AVG PC Tuneup 2015 for maintenance..

Matagal Qu narin itong ginagawa....
Step1: Go to Start up Menu Bar
Step2: Search run then Enter
step3: Lagay mo %temp%
Step4: Continue then Delete All The Content
Step5: Repeat Step 3 & 4 Lagay mo prefetch....
ok na.......
