HELP: cannot open copysafe files

hindi ako makapag open ng copysafe EXE files dito sa desktop ko
sa ibang pc naman naoopen ko yung copy safe files ko..

lage siya ngiinstall ng copy safe reader (kahit na me nakainstall na)
tapos mag error na siya sasabihin na copysafe runtime is either not installed or was found not running, please download install it from following URL and then try again...

kapag tnry ko idownload and install yun..ganun pa din...problem
btw ngrestart na ako ng PC tnry ko na gumamit ng combofix, virus scan, kaso ganun pa din...

parehong pareho tayo ng problema tol. cguro solman ni valix din inoopen mo. may problema tlga yata. nung una gumagana. pero di na gumana later on. eto hinahanapan ko ng solusyon.

baka may mabuting loob na tumulong po jan.
anyway, inatach ko rito yung microsoft word na "password" at ung "copysafe exe file" baka sakaling may gumawa ng paraan.
