[HELP ]Cherry Mobile C7 - Cannot receive and delete messages

hi po. pahelp po. hindi po ako makareceive and delete ng txt messages sa cherry mobile c7 ko kapag nasa phone memory ang storage. hindi rin po ako makaadd or copy ng contacts to phone. pero kapag sim ang storage, nakakareceive and delete po ako. i tried the restore factory setting and format phone memory but it didn't work po. anyone who can help po?? Thank you very much in advance

Problem::Cherry Mobile C7 messages not deleted or phone memory cannot be used for messages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Procedure:

-go to file manager (dapat wala sim sbe ng iba ok lang daw kahit me sim)

-phone memory

-options then format phone memory

mabubura mu na frozen messages!!!

usually this is caused by using the security inbox

pansinin mu minsan kusang lumilipat iba mung message sa security inbox!!!
lalo na kapag mapupuno na phone memory mu!!!!
