mag reply lang po kayo sa email na marereceive nyo pag nagttry kayo ng refund. indicate nyo lang dun yung reason nyo bakit kayo nagrerefund. Yung very convincing na reason. ilagay nyo na din yung order number dun sa email.n mag rereply sila within 2-3 hrs. Pag hindi pa nagagamit email mo for refund mag iissue agad sila ng refund. Pag madaming beses na like me, 7 times na medyo aabutin ng 24 hrs yung reply kasi irereview pa nila.
