We've investigated your request and have determined that we’re unable to issue you a refund at this time. Please note that there is a two-hour refund window for all app purchases, and we're only able to issue refunds outside of this window in rare circumstances. You must also first uninstall the app from your device before a refund can be processed.
However, if you're a us account holder requesting refunds for unauthorized in-app charges made by a minor, you may still be eligible for a refund under google's agreement with the us ftc. Read more here:
