Magtatanung po sana ako


Eto yung scenario: yung cp ko po is e63 tapos yung storage ng messaging nya po ay memory card. Kanina po pag gamit ko sa kanya ayaw na maopen ng lahat ng messages nya.kahit yung mga bagong dating na txt.

Nag try po ako ilipat yung storage sa phone memory ok naman ang function nya pero nung binalik ko sa memomry card ayaw pa din

Na try ko na po magrestart, tangalin memory card. Marunung po ako magformat kaso ask muna ako sa inyo kung may alternate solution kayo na alam ayaw ko sana magformat


sana may makatulong sa akin

Lagi mo po bang ginagamit ang memory card sa storage ng messages? IF yes, baka nagka-bad sector lang. Here are my suggestios:

1. Using a pc and a card reader, run the disk check management, follow this:
Right click your card > properties > tools tab > Error checking >check now. Then check mo yung 2 check box. Wait till the process completed.

2. Can you still access the memory card? if yes gamit ka ng file system manager like X-plore, then punta ka sa E:\private\100484b\mail2
makikita mo ang madaming folders doon, copy mo lang po lahat ng folders (even the files inside those folders will be copied too), at ilagay mo sa isang folder (tandaan mo kung anong folder yun).
(Back up purpose lang po ito)

Another thing, wrong board po. Dapat po sa Mobile accessories ito. Report ko na lang para ma-move.
