Based on experience sa mga ISPs. Mas okay po na tawagan mo sila. Kasi pag hinayaan niyong maputulan kayo, sisingilin parin kayo ng bill kahit wala na kayong connection.
Yung sa globe bill ko Siningil ako ng 6 months kahit 5 months ng putol yung linya.
