May nakakaranas ba sa inyo ngayon ng ganitong issue sa Globe? Ano po kaya pwedeng fix?

Ang taas ng latency. Nag-uumpisa ng 32ms, tapos unti-unti tumataas hanggang sa umaabot ng 800+ms. May request time out na, may destination net unreachable pa. Fourth day na po ngayon. Napuputol mismo yung internet connection namin, tapos kusang magrereconnect na naman. Ganun ng ganun. Both wired at wireless connection affected. Dalawang technician na nila ang magkasunod na pumunta. Yung una, parang wala naman ginawa. Yung pangalawa, akala namin okay na pero hindi pa pala. Nag-request na din kami na magdala ng modem para ma-check kung okay pa ba yung modem na gamit namin (btw, wala pang 1 year yung modem na gamit namin sa amin). Kaya lang, wala naman sila parehong dala. Okay lang naman sana sa amin kung may additional payment sa replacement ng modem basta maayos yung problema sana. Kaso wala. Nakaka-stress at nagiging magastos na dahil mas pinipili namin ngayon na mag-mobile data na lang muna.

ou nga d stable bka nmn maintenance lang? pa senxa na pldt fiber kasi gamit ko nakaka kuha din ako ganito sa pldt kapag nag text sila na may maintenance try mo reset sa factory default modem mo tapos ping mo ulit
