download ka ng macOS high siera pero check mo muna if compatible sa macbook mo? sakin kasi mid 2012 ok nman sa high siera pati sa mojave, if meron ka ng installer gaya ng sabi ni sir techdev sundiin mo nalang, or:
insert mo yung flash drive if usb gamit mong installer , shutdown or restart you mac press and hold option key on your keyboard which CTRL in windows keyboard
select your bootable flash drive and wait until magboot up si installer
then pag nasa gui ka na ng installer
click disk utility, select your hard drive click erase or partition then sa format either osx journaled or yong bagong format na ng para high sierra
then click partition after nyan balik ka dun sa start then click install os x high sierra and wait hanggang matapos. yun na yun!
sana nakatulong sayo goodluck
