:help: Laptop Problem in hardware or OS

Good day mga KaMobi,

ask ko lang kung ano problem ng LapTop ko, kasi nagffreeze sya for about 1.5 second/s everytime nagttype ako, pero pagnagpplay naman ako vidoe/music continues naman sya disttop

Need ko ba reformat to or may apps akong dapat iuninstall,

sana matulongan nyo ako, sagabal kasi sa work ung nangyayare sa laptop ko,

try mo muna i-adjust yun power settings to high performance, disable any power saving features, also check mo yun ease of access sa control panel and reset mo yun keyboard features like sticky keys and filters
