LCD BLUE LIGHT FILTER NOT WORKING AFTER REPLACEMENT.

Can any one help me? I just got my phone Samsung j7 pro repaired.The techinician told me that the LCD is authentic but im doubtful because blue filter is not working
It cost me 100$ (5000 php )

We triedbasic troubleshooting and last resort factory reset but still not work.

Is it a software or hardware issue? LCD?

Blue light filter is an application so it should work kahit hndi authentic ang LCD.
tignan mo sa apps settings, baka naka disable dun yung blue light filter.

or just download bagong app, meron namn sa playstore that does the same thing.
