Sa NTC po kayo mag pa block gamit ang IMEI.
Regarding naman sa sim nyo. If it is personal number connected to work and bank account and like mong same mobile number parin gamit mo, pwede kang mag pa Sim Retention para same old number pa rin gamit mo.
