Good Day to ALL

Mga bossing almost 2days ko na na encounter itong issue, nag.try na ako lahat2 ON/OFF device + tanggal simcard for about 1min at factory reset na rin ako, No Service pa rin cp ko. Gustuhin ko man tumawag sa Hotline ng Globe kaso may outstanding balance pa ko. Yun sa barkada ko 5months na siya hindi nagbabayad deactivate lang outgoing niya pero incoming message and calls pwede nman. Hindi po kaya blocked ng Globe sa NTC itong cp ko? Try ko *#06# meron naman po IMEI na lumilitaw.

Pa help naman po mga bossing. Any suggestions and comments will do. I am currently using Lollipop 5.0
