Hello ka mobilarian ano kayang magandang gawin anong exercise lalo na sa likod ko kasi inaasar nila ako haha nag ddiet na din ako puro half rice lang btw. 58KG ako 4'9 ang height ko kaya hindi balance talaga.
naglalakad lang ako minsan from work and minsan kung sipagin mag exercise mga 20mins.
mahilig kasi ako sa junkfoods ang hirap mag pigil kasi hahaha

bigay naman kayo gngawa nyong exercise and food na knkaen pang diet. or kung may tntake man kayong gamot.



salamat....
 
1. Disiplina sa pagkain at ehersisyo.
2. jogging kahit 15mins daily, not walking.
3. sabayan ng mga basic exercise like burpees with jumping jack,planking (even & uneven), situps o crunches, climber ab exercise, side stretch, hip rotation, at pushup.pagsama-samahin at ulitin ng 3 times o 4 times.
4. Do it everyday. each exercise last 30 sec.
