hello po, pinakelaman kasi ng pinsan ko ung laptop ko. then ung pag sa dektop ako at mag rirightclick ako>new ay nawawala po. d ako makagawa ng new folder, ung mga microsoft word ay d narin ako makapag instant create. pano po un mabalik. d ko na mapaayos sa pinsan ko kasi nag aral na sya sa manila. thankyou po.
