Mga Sir Ask ko lang... kasi yung laptop ko nireformat ko ang nangyari after nya mag format edi nag restart siya then registry after that tumigil na siya dun nag bblackscreen siya me mouse pointer pero walang ibang pwede mapindot like ctrl+alt+del hndi matapos tapos ung reformat dahil na sstuck siya dun sana me makatulong thanks in advance
