Try mo itawag sa customer service ng sun, sa prepaid sim kc pag ganyan nangyari wait mo na lang na totally mawalan n cya ng signal, meaning bili k na ng bagong sim. 10 pesos lang nman yun hehe! Pero try mo din itanong kc bka may upgrading or roaming na ginagawa and Sun cellular kc migrated n cya with Smart. O bka may problema lang yung network sa area nyo. Sana nakatulong ako. . .
