For Internet Explorer, you can add www.youtube.com to the Restricted list sites list..
-Click Tools and select Internet Options
-Click the security tab
-Select the Red Circle with strike through called "Restricted Sites"
-Click the "Sites" button
-Type in www.youtube.com
-Click Add
-Click Close
-Click Ok.
