nadale ka ng malware, pwedeng nakuha mo yan sa infected usb drive or may software kang nainstall sa system mo... pag hindi kayang tanggalin ng antivirus/internet security, mano mano ang pagtanggal nyan kasi resident na sya sa memory ng pc - minsan na uninstall mo pero after restart andyan pa rin, also nasa registry at nasa system32 ng windows, kailangan mo ng tulong ng may alam sa windows.... about sa files, try mo irename uli yun mga files with correct filename extension... i.e. powerpoint -.pptx, word - docx...etc otherwise pag hindi na open ay corrupted na talaga... last resort mo na dyan ay reinstall mo uli un windows at lagyan mo na ng internet security
