Mga masters, Gusto ko gumawa ng sms windows app na capable of messaging multiple contacts at once. Ang tanong ko po, Ano ang mas magandang tool para maka send, Sim Card using Gsm modem or sms web api ng mga Telco natin? paturo narin po kung paano gagamitin and if may mas maganda kayong suggestion tatanggapin ko ito ng boung-bou.
