Depende po yan sa Area ng Bahay at sa Classification ng construction.
BTW, if you are looking to hire services, di po yun allowed dito.
But if you are just inquiring kung possible yung budget mo sa certain area ng house, pwede yun dito i discuss.
To give you an example ng rough estimate :
House Area x Price per Square Meter
So say ang area ng Bahay is 50 sqm
Price Per Square Meter is 20,000
50 x 20,000 = 1,000,000 ang needed na budget
Add ko lang pala...pagawa ng Plans including signatures and everything ang alam ko nasa 35-50K na agad.
