Download http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?kgz71kscp7kouqv and likewise install the usb adb drivers from here http://www.mediafire.com/?hivi222pkcqh03n. Enable usb debugging and install from unofficial sources. Then, extract the root by bin4ry and execute the runme.bat>choose normal and follow the instructions on screen. You should get a prompt on your phone to restore data and when it restarts you should be rooted.
For the drivers, after extracting the zip file, simply go to device manager, then plug your phone and wait for it to be detected by windows. Usually, it would ask for drivers and have the device with an exclamation mark under device manager, locate the unknown device, or O+ 8.9 or MT6577 right click on it. Update drivers> Choose location manually>Let me pick from devices>I have a disk>Browse to the folder location of the drivers you extracted and select the .inf file from there. It should install the ADB drivers for you. Then you can run the runme.bat from bin4ry.
