after learning basics of JS. Basa k naman about sa change logs ng ES5 or ES6, medyo major sila. Then after that, study design patterns which is something na hindi madaling ituro at matutunan but worth it. Sorry medyo out of topic, tips ln mabibigay ko e hehehehe

Add mo ako sa gitter.im hanapin mo username 'Spacetime' lagi namn ako nandyan pwede pag tanungan but i'm not a pro i just help and try my best to answer questions sa mga gitter rooms dyan.

Goodluck satin TS.
may link ba kayo ng The Complete Web Developer in 2018 Zero to Mastery by Andrei Neagoie" yung libre lang sir hehe. wala pambili eh

First things first the best way to learn is to build, and build, and build. as for me yung way ko ng learning eh, yung isang feature kumbaga pauilit ulit kong ginagawa hanggang sa masanay ako mag-code sa language na yon.

Second is, wag kang mag mamadali TS, sa pagbabasa ko ng thread na 'to parang eager ka talagang pasukin yung mga javascript frameworks to make a simple CRUD and stuff pero take note, you need to have a solid foundation bago mo pasukin ang mga frameworks regardless kung ano mang language yan doesn't mean na master mo na yung basics eh go ka agad sa frameworks, a big NO, been there and beginners mistake talaga yan

so my tip is, if you're comfortable on the basics of JavaScript (Variables, Types, Conditional and Logical Statements, Functions and Objects/Arrays) proceed to either the Document Object Model (DOM) or Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOP), go DOM kung gusto mo agad gumawa ng mga dynamic sites with vanilla javascript, go OOP naman if you want to learn the hard way right away, for OOP, you need to know (How to instantiate, inheritance, the this keyword and prototypes), build some apps with this features, kahit simple apps lang like timers, then if you feel comfortable with these things, read about design patterns and i guess pwede mo na rin isabay dito si ES6->ESNext but focus on the ES6->ESNext part kase eto talaga yung kelangan mo and yung design patterns is just topics that would supplement the way you code in the future.

In learning ES6+, you will also need to familiarize yourself with WebPack (mahalaga ito kase halos lahat ng front-end frameworks uses it) after that you need to choose, FRONT-END or BACK-END if youre a hardcore learner pwede mo yan pagsabayin since iisang language lang naman gusto mong gamitin. Pero i suggest only pick one.

Mukhang mahaba na masyado 'to for you to ponder, if you have questions pagusapan natin dito para kung sakali man, may matulungan din tayong iba na gustong matuto.

PS: All what i have said was based on experience and on what i have learned.

Thank you po sir sa respond, kasi nahihirapan ako kung san po ba ako mag sstart alam ko naman na po yung basics but di ko alam kung san ko i aapply? i mean diko talaga alam what to build or where to start for me as a beginner. as for now sa w3schools lang po ako umaasa. and nag hahanap po ako ng project na pwede ko pag simulan para ma i apply ko yung basics na natutunan ko. sana sir ma bigyan nyo po ako ng magandang idea kung san ko pwede magamit yung basics na napag aralan ko.

On where to start as a beginner, language wise, syempre html, css and javascript yan, for learning javascript you can read my past reply again. Master the fundamentals. How it works, whats its use, and how to write it. For what to build, maybe you start imitating a specific page of your favorite social media site, for example facebook, rebuild its timeline page using HTML and CSS, then make it Responsive, after that try to use JavaScript to make it dynamic. Bengga, HTML+CSS+JS DOM manipulatuon exercise na yun. Basta try to imitate as much website as you can, dun narin papasok yung paggawa ng mga modals, carousels and stuff eh, so you would use alot of javascript na by that time.
