depende kasi yan. kelangan muna check kung stolen o hindi ang status ng unit bago icloud remove. 2 options. punta ka sa pinakamalapit na legit CP tech. or apple store at dalhin ang receipt para patunay na ikaw mayari ng unit.

If you own the unit, you can just go to apple branches and ask them how to recover your apple id, but since this is a standard CDMA phone, I highly doubt theyll support you since they only support GSM based phones here in Philippines.

Youre last resort is iCloud removal service that is offered over the internet, you need real money to unlock it since it has to be done by querying it directly to apple servers. If the phone is stolen, well good luck, most of the time theyll just reject it, if the phone is flagged as stolen, then the legitimate user have access to his/her apple id and blacklisted that phone, given how centralized apple is, there's no way you can bypass it, not even hackers bother cracking the protection since its a big beneficial to all people when their phones are stolen.

technicians can still buy that as spare parts, but I highly suspect that theyll drop the prices even lower than a regular defective phone.

tl;dr. that phones is your fancy paper weight now, there's no way you can bypass it with fancy tricks that you can do in android phones.
