Iphone 5s couldn't activate after updating to ios 11 gpp

Nag-update po ako from iOS 10.3.3 to iOS 11.0.1 then tinry ko i-activate yung phone ko pero ayaw.
Hindi din gumagana yung GPP LTE chip ko and nakakadalawa or tatlo na ko, hindi po gumagana yung GPP MENU then nakalagay pag dina-dial ko yung *5005*7672*0* or *00* is "Service failed' tas "No address". Please help!!

karamihan ng gpp ngayon hnd na gumagana..
ang hirap na mag hanap ng GPP na gmagana ngayon sir

hanap ka lang ng bagong gpp na meron edit iccid option tapos problema mo, hindi mo na kailangan bumili ng bagong gpp pag meron ganyan, edit iccid lang with new iccid na hindi blacklisted.

ngayun kasi pwede na ma calculate yung valid iccid so hindi na tulad ng dati na wait 1 month para sa bagong gpp lte ngayun wait ka lang 2-3 days meron na bagong iccid.
