Repair Inquiry Please iphone 5s cannot activate

Please help po iphone 5s ng father ko inupdate ko po yung software sa ios 12 then nawala po yung signal sa fone. Kaya nag hard reset ako kaso ngayon ayaw na po nya ma activate. Nakalagay lang palage “an update is required to activate the phone” triny ko na po lahat kahit sa itunes ayaw po talaga restore at update via itunes. Please help po

Try mu again update via iTunes tas restore mu wait mu lang magdownload and mag update ulit yan baka nadistrupt pag update mu

ts, i have the same problem ,,, thru wifi or itunes........ it will always say, try again .........
